The point of termination is always a very difficult exercise for both the employer and the employee.
To assist in the transition from employee to former employee, we offer our version of Outplacement.
If desired, we can participate in the termination interview and take the handoff of the employee from the employer.
In addition to adding some more clarity to the event, the terminated employee then becomes the client.
To assist with the career transition, we review and improve the resume; create focus for the job search; assist with interview techniques and if appropriate will administer a psychometric assessment.
Generally, we will remain in contact over the six months following termination.
